Midland Food Service
started over 4 years ago and was involved in 1 ton minimum deliveries to its customers throughout the UK.
Changes in food legislation, which specify that all premises supplying meat to the catering trade must be EEC approved, has allowed us to enter the catering trade.  EEC approval means that our premises are regularly inspected and the fabric of the building, fridges, etc have to comply with minimum standards. Hygiene, traceability, temperature control and the movement of goods are all monitored and recorded on a daily basis. There is a full HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) in place. These controls mean that our end product has full food integrity, giving you the peace of mind and confidence in all meat products supplied by Midland Foods Services Ltd.

All our raw materials: Beef, Lamb, Pork and Chicken are sourced from selected farm processors in the UK thus helping to maintain the viability of our farmers and our own meat industry.

 

Our Staff
Our meat is prepared by a small dedicated staff who on average have 22 years experience in the food trade. As we handle a quality product, our staff and packaging have to be the best, with in house training on a variety of systems and hygiene issues
